AbstractThis Research deals with the Relationship between knowledge management of the faculty members of the Islamic Azad university, Shiraz Branch and organizational Learning. For this purpose the researchers used two kinds of questionnaires, namely, knowledge management suggested by Bokoteiz and William (1999) and the validity and Reliability of the questionnaire was calculated by the Researchers and the Result was acceptable according to Cronbach alpha and the correlation coefficient was about 74% and the second questionnaire was organizational Leaning proposed by Anona Armestrong and Patrick fouly (1988).
