AbstractIntroductionCerebral venous occlusion (CVO) means intraluminal obstruction by cerebral venous thrombosis (CVT) or external compression. The differential diagnosis is broad including stroke, brain capillary telangiectasia, contusion, hypertensive hemorrhage, metastases and venous vascular malformations.
