Musical Education in the Romanian School System from the Parents’ Perspective

AbstractMusical education in the Romanian school system is made in a traditional fashion in most classrooms across the country. Parents’ involvement in the musical teaching of their children is limited to professional music/ instrument learning in the schools that have the music as the main subject, therefore some teachers venture into an unconventional way of using music and musical education in the education of young children.
