AbstractAs social transformations become more ample and profound, professional development appears as a necessity to adapt to changes occurring along a person's career path. The aim of this study was to capture the relationships between teachers’ atti tude toward continuous professional training, their resistance to change and their age. Te research sample: 62 school teachers from Timişoara, Romania (31 within the 22-30 years age group, and 31 within the 40-60 years age group).
