AbstractThis paper studies the following terms: Employability, Intelligence, Emotion, Competence, Emotional Intelligence and Emotional Competences. We analyse each concept demonstrating the relationship between it and Organization and Employability, and how this influences the other concepts studied. In addition, we argue that these concepts highlight the importance of Emotional Competence for the individual in employability and options for mobility in the Labour Market. Finally, we highlight the importance of the possibility of measuring the level of Emotional Competence of each individual in relation to the desired professional profile, and the possibility of preparing some different training courses to adapt the individual to that profil...
