AbstractThe problems of increasing in the bearing ability of reinforced concrete columns during reconstruction of buildings and structures of a different function are still rather acute. There are conditions of innovative material emergence in construction and a need for development of new constructive solutions for strengthening of the bearing designs.The paper presents some results of experimental research influence by the kind of concrete in cage constructions on the strength and deformability of concrete compressed elements
