AbstractIntroductionEndovascular aortic aneurysm repair has specific complications, of these there have been few reports of complete body and bilateral limb occlusion.ReportWe describe a case of a 67 year old man presenting with complete EVAR body and bilateral limb graft occlusion treated with percutaneous catheter-directed thrombolysis. Complete graft patency was obtained within 24 h.DiscussionComplete EVAR graft body and bilateral limb is exceedingly uncommon. Treatments suggested include surgical bypass axillo- or aorto- bifemoral, and surgical thrombectomy. We have described a novel method of percutaneous catheter directed thrombolysis with good results
