AbstractThis article considers the effects of the shape of soil-filled shells on their resistance to internal and external influences, which are based on theoretical studies, including numerical methods and experimental studies, as well as their use as soil-filled elements in retaining installations, deep pits to strengthen bases and foundations, highways, etc. They may also be used as anchor-shells in soil-reinforced structures. The stability of shell structures will be more secure and safe when used as a form of Euler curves without inflection points. The results of numerical modeling of soil-filled shells confirm the need to adjust the existing provisions of the settlement
