Training Teachers’ Ethical Skills in License and Master Programs

AbstractEthics of education and training, teaching ethics or ethics of the teaching profession are areas that need to gain a primary role in teachers’ training programs, which are essential for the creation of a complete vision of the educational space and life, of forming a pedagogical and professional culture and carrying a valuable educational practice, in other words to achieve quality in education. The proposed study focuses on an analysis of the curricula of license and master in the university education from Romania on the addressed issues, of the needs of teachers in training for the teaching profession from the perspective of ethics of education, ethics of teaching, and also proposals and initiatives supporting the improvement and innovation in this area of training
