Interview with John Zrofsky, a Sergeant for the Los Angeles Police Department's Hollywood Division, about his Division's preparedness to handle a major civil disturbance, the adequacy of the Hollywood Division's response to the civil disturbance, and recommendations for future improvement, 1992 September 21.
