Interivew of Paul McConnel, Sergeant for the Los Angeles Police Department's Newton Division, about his recollection of the civil disturbance, the Los Angeles Police Department's preparedness to handle this type of disturbance, and the adequacy of the Newton Division's response to the violence and unrest, 1992 June 29.
