Interview of Lieutenant 2 Dt/dlg2, a watch Commander of the Los Angeles Police Department’s Newton Patrol Division about his recollection and impressions of the civil disturbance, as well as the Newton Division’s preparedness to respond to the disturbance. The subject chose to remain anonymous, 1992 July 6.
