An information packet which outlines federal, state, and local ordinances with regard to demonstrations, as well as the application, processes, and regulations associated with demonstrations, 1990. PART OF SERIES: In its probe of LAPD operations, the Webster Commission surveyed the emergency procedures of other major cities in the United States, many of which had experienced similar instances of civil unrest.
