Resolution Ratifying the Existence of a Local Emergency due to Civil Disturbance in the City of Los Angeles and the Need for Continuing State of Local Emergency, by the city of Los Angeles. A resolution adopted by the Los Angeles City Council, in light of the 1992 riots, which ratified the existence of a local emergency and the need for continuing the state of local emergency, 1992.
