Superoxide enhances tubuloglomerular feedback by constricting the afferent arteriole.BackgroundSuperoxide (O2−) has been shown to augment tubuloglomerular feedback (TGF) both in vivo and in vitro by scavenging nitric oxide (NO) in the macula densa (MD).
