AbstractObjectives. We hypothesized that the physiologic response to exercise in valvular aortic stenosis could be measured by Doppler echocardlography.Background. Data on exercise hemodynamics in patlents with aortic stenosis are limited, yet Doppler echocardiography provides accurate, noninvasive measures of stenosis severity.Methods.
