AbstractThe aim of this paper is to determine the correlation between informal learning cultures in the organisation's work and academic achievements for Engineering Technology subject; the relationship between demography data with informal learning culture and the cultural perceptions of informal learning in the organisation. The data were analysed by using Rasch Measurement Model diagnosis and Spearman's Rho correlation test. The study found that there is no significant relationship between informal learning cultures in the organisation with gender, age, and work experience. The perceptions of the learning culture in the organisation of teachers’ work are high and has existed and practised by teachers in their organisation
