AbstractIn this paper, we present new interval oscillation criteria related to integral averaging technique for second order partial differential equations with delays that are different from most known ones in the sense that they are based on the information only on a sequence of subintervals of [t0,∞), rather than on whole half-line. Our results are sharper than some previous results and handles the cases which are not covered by known criteria
