AbstractThis research examines a theoretical model that connects interpersonal conflict, perception of organizational politics and job outcomes. I propose the perception of organizational politics mediate the relationship between interpersonal conflict and job outcomes. Using a sample of (N= 264) employees from six organizations of Pakistan. I found that interpersonal conflict positively affects perception of organizational politics and perception of organizational politics mediates the relationship between interpersonal conflict and job stress and Perception of organizational politics also mediates the relationship between interpersonal conflict and intention to quit.
