2018-10-23The cost of attending college has increased at a steady rate for several years. College affordability has become a barrier to students who seek to gain access to college-level learning and a contributing factor to the growth of national student debt. A group of college employees were given the goal of increasing enrollment in a program designed to address the problems previously mentioned. The goal for this team was to increase program enrollment an additional 10% by August 2018. This study explored how knowledge, motivation, and organizational factors influenced performance as the team worked to achieve the goal
