Functional single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) of microRNA (miRNA) sequences or binding sites (miRNA-SNPs) are associated with lung cancer risk and survival. The objective of this study was to systematically review genetic association studies about miRNA-SNPs in lung cancer.Eligible genetic association studies were retrieved from databases of PubMed, EMBASE, China National Knowledge Infrastructure and SinoMed.
