IntroductionModifications in exercise tolerance have been reported in obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) patients. Also specific mechanisms have been speculated related to intermittent hypoxia (IH), hypertension, obesity or metabolic disturbance associated to OSA may play a significant role in exercise limitation.
