AbstractThe concept of approximate inertial manifold is related to the study of the longtime behaviour of partial differential equations. In this paper we present a general method in order to construct sequences of such manifolds providing better and better approximations to the attractor.Le concept de variété inertielle approximative intervient dans l'étude du comportement pour les grands temps des équations aux dérivées partielles.
