AbstractObjectiveThe attempt to block one type of receptor tyrosine kinase (RTK) signaling has been considered a main strategy for cancer therapy; however, cancer cells may survive using alternative RTK signaling. Thus, targeting multiple RTKs simultaneously may be a better treatment strategy.
