AbstractUnderstanding of the key features, barriers, elements and weaknesses of six sigma methods will allow the organizations to support their strategic directions and increasing need for coaching supervision and training. This also creates appropriate opportunities for implementation of six sigma projects. This article considers the evolutionary review of the benefits and challenges of six sigma projects and recognizes the key and influential elements of the successful approach of six sigma method.
