AbstractThe paper highlights the massive role of education in the national economical growth. For this, after a study made in Resita, we elaborate an economical growth model, following successively more steps. We used a small number of variables considered as significant in demonstrating human capital – economical growth correlation.Based on statistical data for 1990 - 2006, we tried to build several variants of a mathematical model that correlate the IBP comparing to previously year level, function of a serial of determining variables for measuring the education's role in human capital
