AbstractWe have carried out an empirical study of peculiarities of motivation career choices related to the risk – profession of miner. Professional risk of miners we have defined as the risk of a delayed result, as the impact of aggressive industrial environment and hazards to health workers noticed only after some time. Our goal was to find out, as in this case the workers rate their health, whether it is of value to experienced miners and miners, who began his work experience recently.
