AbstractThere are many new technologies that can be utilized by primary schools available through the Internet and online learning platforms. The need for educators to access these technologies in the classroom is becoming increasingly significant as young people are already exposed to these media in their everyday, social contexts.The following case study explores how first grade students from a Romanian primary school have responded to the use of Web 2.0 technology in their literacy work. Students had developed skills in collaboration and evaluating their learning.
