Some Determinative Factors for Teachers’ Job Motivation

AbstractThe research has investigated the teachers’ motivation by analysis the relations between dominant needs, attitudes towards work, job satisfaction and other variables (age, length of service, gender). The results have shown that the relations are more significant on male teachers than female teachers. Another purpose was to explore teachers’ work motivation, attitudes and satisfaction by identifying some potential factors which could contribute to the explaining of the teachers’ job motivation and efficiency in their work. By exploratory factor analysis have been isolated three factors. The implications of the findings have been discussed
