SummaryObjectivesWe determined the radiographic osteoarthritic worsening rate prior to knee arthroplasty (TKA) and whether this worsening was associated with worsening pain and function as compared to a non-surgical matched sample.MethodsWe used the Osteoarthritis Initiative 5-year datasets.
