AbstractAmong various changes in IT century, research methods including surveys have, also, been influenced. E-surveys, as a new generation of survey, have emerged to the make reseaerch more economical. The peresent paper aimes at investigating e-surveys through books, artticles, experiences on the topic. The main argument in this article is to introduce types of E-survey and the related performing methods. In addition, this paper explains the appropriate setting for the execution of each method. Also, some kinds of questionnaires which can be used in these methods will be introduced. benefits and shortcomings of these research methods are vital factors for deciding whether to perform the survey or not.
