AbstractThe study was conducted to examine what university students in the Czech Republic do on their computers during class and leisure time and the extent to which use of information and communication technologies for learning activities. In study a sample of 512 students from three Czech universities completed survey measuring their behaviors connected with using computers for their learning. Based on research results we can argue that Facebook is really important for their learning. Students are using both e-learning courses and Facebook in their learning. 77% of respondents (university students) use Facebook several times a day or practically always.
