AbstractObjectivesManagement strategy for pulmonary atresia with intact ventricular septum is controversial. We treated patients with this anomaly according to a management protocol based on our quantitative assessment of right ventricular morphology (index of right ventricular development and right ventricle–tricuspid valve index).
