Aortic root replacement with a novel decellularized cryopreserved aortic homograft: Postoperative immunoreactivity and early results

ObjectiveNovel antigen-reduction SynerGraft technology (CryoLife Inc, Kennesaw, Ga) reduces the cellular components of a cadaver homograft with an enzymatic and washing process, leaving the extracellular matrix intact.
