AbstractThe current study examines students’ attitudes towards Effective Leadership in Education following axes: leadership conditions, the leader's personality traits, the potential leader's skills and competencies, leadership styles, actions for goal achievement and preparation for a future leader. 79 Greeks students took part in the study from the departments of Pre-school Education of Western Macedonia University in Greece and Analyse Factorielle des Correspondance was used in order the data to be analyzed.
