AbstractThe main purpose of this study is analysis of the correlation between organizational justice and job satisfaction. This study also analyzes the impact of organizational justice components as encompassed by three specific forms of justice perceptions; distributive justice, procedural justice, and interactional justice on job satisfaction, which includes five dimensions: supervision, co-worker, pay, promotion and nature of job. It is essential that administrators and principals of educational institutions appreciate and understand factors that may influence teachers’ job satisfaction.
