AbstractNowadays, many foreign vehicle manufacturing companies focused their market in China and transported their own company culture into daily production of Chinese workers. Different company culture will lead to different manufacturing strategies and influence the performance of the factory. It is important to get image of the adoption of cross-culture manufacturing ideas. “Kaizen” is one of the production method inspired by Japan culture which encourages everybody in the factory to make improvements and modify the improperly production activities.
