AbstractThe demographic analyze issues in Romania comes in a context characterized by a long series of expectations about development and welfare. Development objectives proposed by Romania are facing inevitably demographic phenomena that can not be neglected. This phenomena is difficult to control, and the effects that occur long term, even if immediate action is taken, are more difficult to predict. The paper aims to obtain a image of demographic dynamics in the context of basic information on population which is essential to analyze pension system and its future
