This study presents a single-institution retrospective audit of the surgical management of 23 patients with multidrug-resistant tuberculosis.MethodsWe analyzed 23 consecutive patients undergoing anatomic pulmonary resections for human immunodeficiency virus–negative multidrug-resistant tuberculosis.
