AbstractCreativity and innovativeness are recognized as critical competencies for 21st-century organizations, to lead or adapt to change. The aim of this study is to empirically reveal the interrelationships among individual creativity, creative climate and firm innovativeness. Data obtained from 181 employees from 48 manufacturing firms in Kocaeli- Turkey were used to examine the hypothesized relationships among study variables. Data is submitted to regression, correlation reliability and factor analyses using SPSS 13.0.
