AbstractHerein we present a rare case of profound recurrent gross hematuria in a young child with no known predisposing event. She was eventually diagnosed with a large lymphovascular malformation of the bladder. She underwent multiple unsuccessful attempts at embolization before eventual curative partial cystectomy
