AbstractBackground and aimEpicardial approach to VT ablation increases the success rate of ablation but is not without complications. We studied the safety and efficacy of epicardial VT ablations performed at our institute.MethodsAll patients who underwent epicardial VT ablation at our institute were studied retrospectively. The outcome of VT ablation was among three groups: ischaemic cardiomyopathy (ICM), non-ischaemic cardiomyopathy (NICM) and granulomatous myocarditis (GM).
