AbstractIntroductionMüllerian adenosarcoma of the cervix with sarcomatous overgrowth and lymphovascular invasion is a rare and aggressive disease. We report a case of a young patient with Müllerian adenosarcoma with sarcomatous overgrowth in the uterine cervix and pelvic lymph node involvement.
