Facial Expressions and Non Verbal Comunication

AbstractIn this paper are presented the two major theoretical approaches of emotions, in order to better understand the importance of recording and decoding facial expressions and non verbal language. These approaches are: “Differential Emotions Theory” and “The Componential Model of Emotions”. Recording and decoding the facia expressions and nonverbal behavior can be useful when we are in a recruitment process, it can be a helpful tool in a psychotherapy or for the detection of simulated behavior
