AbstractThe fundamental principles of this study is to analyse organic food industry as a whole particularly in Turkey. By focusing on the drivers of this industry, the study is trying to relate to the implications of macro environment concerning industry growth patterns. The study is looking forward to analyze the impact of the changes in PESTLE aspects provokes the changes on organic food business environment.
