AbstractOBJECTIVESThe goal of this study was to investigate the hemodynamic and circulatory adjustments to extracorporeal ultrafiltration (UF) in refractory congestive heart failure (rCHF).BACKGROUNDIn rCHF, UF allows clinical improvement and restores diuretic efficacy.
