AbstractThe objective of this research paper is to construct a theoretical framework and examine the relationship between human resource practices that affects academician's job performance towards career development. In the past research, there were studies on the constructs of human resource practices and job performance, however little concentrations have been focused on the relationship between two and its importance towards career development.
