AbstractWith respect to the rapidly growing Fourth Generation (4G) wireless communication system, an outstanding feature is the heterogeneous wireless access. Despite the fact that this amazing feature allows users to connect to several wireless access networks simultaneously, various challenges with respect to bandwidth allocation (BA) among various heterogeneous networks also arise.
