Educational changes and teachers’ attitude towards change

AbstractAn attitude may be interpreted as a dimension of personality that transpires in the individual behavior in relationship with others, or certain situations. According to these aspects, this study analyzes the issue of teachers’ attitudes towards the changes in the educational system, and the way they relate to it. The objective of the study is to determine teachers’ degree of resistance to change. This study is based on an experimental research. The research included 400 subjects. These results prove that in order to overcome these fears it is necessary to undergo a preliminary training for change
