AbstractBackgroundDifferentiating the different follicular derived lesions from each other can be challenging. Although immunohistochemistry is generally accepted as a useful ancillary technique in the diagnosis, controversy exists regarding the best marker or combination of markers to distinguish each lesion from its mimics.
